For Macs the ONLY current approved AV is Sophos Home Premium. Issues usually occur because the user has more than one anti-virus or an anti-virus that is not on the approved list. Typically you will want to send "!pduo8" to users having issues with personally owned devices. Reach out in Teams for support with these errors if they're not indicative.Check for errors related to anti-virus or security agent.%localappdata% > DuoDeviceHealth > Logs.If still having issues check the diagnostic logs.If you find traces of Symantec run CleanWipe.Once installed wait a minute and try DDH managed resources again.Search (top middle) the web portal for the computer name and verify it comes up.If issues persist reach out to Collab/CM.Verify that there are no other anti-virus programs installed such as.Re-install the Falcon Sensor from Self Service.If it's not Allowed, allow it, then wait a minute and try DDH managed resources again.Check to make sure it is "Allowed" in System Preferences/Settings > Security and Privacy.
